I entered into an agreement with Janian and Associates, they wanted money up front and I did my research, the bar and the better business bureu and they checked out. I gave them access to my checking account believing that they were on the up and up and they kept talking about carring a big stick when it came to dealing with these people, well after they took my three payments, they called and told me that they lost my paperwork and that I had to fill it out again, they emailed it to me. Little did I know it was different wording and different quidelines than I was previously told. To save time, they took my money and have never done anything to help, DON'T USE THEM
