I placed an original order for an item on Oct 6th. After 2 weeks of not receiving it, I called customer service. I was told I had to wait 20 business days before they would initiae a trace (on an item that had no tracking information). After the 20 days I called back and a replacement item was shipped, this time with a tracking number. On the day it was to be delivered, I recieved a call from Linko, sating that for some reason this item was shipped to another customer and that the newly shipped ite would most likely be sent to his same individual. I was told this was probably as a result of an inexperienced delivery person (first item shipped via US postal service, second via UPS). The individual lived on the other side of town and I was given a number to contact and make arrangements to pick up my item. Yet another week went by as a result of scheduling conflicts between this individual and myself. I finally picked up my item, only to find out that it was not misdelivered, it had been shipped toa totally different name and address from mine. I have sent several emails to supermediastore.com for an explanation, and all my emails were ignored. It was not until I filed a report with the BBB that thru them, LinkYo responded with a haphazzard explanation as to why the same item was shipped twice to the wrong person and address and yet charged corrtly to my crdit card (and email was sent with my correct name/address acknowledging the order).
