We are through the Yucca Valley office and they are Very lazy and unprofessional. I've never had a company be so shady and conniving. They don't follow renter/landlord rights and charge for basic cleaning and envirnmental wear and tear. I'm being charged $160 for a little bit of dust that would've taken less than a minute to wipe up and blinds that were damaged by the sun. I'm 7 months pregnant and requested the cooler be turned on early because i am having swelling complications and they sent out the tech when they knew i was gone. I ended up in the ER because i was purple and my house was 95 degrees. THey don't do repairs, and if they do it takes months to do so. They are rude and i have been yelled and and cussed at on multiple occasions, once by THE OWNER! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They also charge $30/person credit check and try to do it annually. They are shady characters and need to be investigated.
