Fight this Debt Collector garnishing the money of a disabled adult
|
This law firm has garnished the account of a disabled individual. The funds they are garnishing are from her school loan. This individual is trying to get off of disability and go back to school. Also some of the money they are taking was earmarked for
her mothers headstone. This adults mother passed in 2010 and has had no money for the headstone. To make matters worse she soulfully cares for her father who has Alzheimer's disease. Her entire disability goes to ensure he has his medication, utilities, etc.
She goes without. Go after the payment protection company who refused to send this individual a claim form that would have covered the payments. Fight this law firm all the way. File a petition on change.org about their bad practices. You notice they do not
