Does not want to pay Claims

Horrible experience with Myers-Stevens & Toohey & Co Inc. Kaiser Permanente provides clients with their official document or what they refer to a Courtesy Bill. This is what is being requested by Myers Stevens for Claim reimbursement. When client submits this document, they keep on saying this is not what they need but need something else. Injury was months ago until now no reimburesement. The company simply just does not want to pay Claims.
