WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! NEVER NEVER USE THEM

I give this company a NEGATIVE rating! I have been calling them to get a refund of my HOA overpayment and until now, 9 months after I sold my condo unit, I have not received it. They have given me all kinds of excuses like the Board of Directors sign the check but they only meet every so often or they sent the check but it was lost in the mail and now they have to wait until the Board meet again so they can sign the new check, etc! They don't answer the phone and they don't return your call for a few days, even weeks, unless you keep on leaving messages or threaten them with a lawsuit. They are the worst business and people to deal with!
