This is a good law firm. They really work with you to find the best solution and custom tailor it to your situation. It's not a one-stop shop that only does loan modifications and if yours doesn't get approved, they're done with you. They gave me different options and assured me that if my modification didn't get approved, they would resubmit, or try a different route, and basically do whatever it takes to make sure I'm a happy customer.
