I AM SO FRUSTRATED with NNA! I renewed my background screening and received the results from the screening company. But my information has not been updated on the NNA website. As a result, the vendors I have worked for think it is in an expired status. I have called NNA for 3 weeks straight now only to be told it is an "IT glitch". I have been told it will be corrected "tomorrow" which has not happened. As a result I have not worked at all this month due to my so called expired status. The sad thing is they tried to say it was the screening companies fault who has nothing to do with NNA's IT techs! It was stated by the supervisors that they could manually go and correct it but no one has! NO!!! you will not get results if you call Customer Service and speak with supervisors!! They won't call you back!
