notary stamp was overpriced and looks so cheap and unclear

I was beyond disappointed with my over priced notary ink stamp, the font size was so tiny and my entire name is short only 8 letters, so there was no reason for it. I work in a law firm and we have to notarize documents all day long. I am embarrassed by the poor quality. When I called to complain they were simply said they don't give refunds. So much for customer service. All they do is try to over-sell you information that they give away freely at the County Court Clerk's office. Use Staples for your products and avoid this stupid company and their products.
