On 4/17/10, I made an appt with Nationwide appliance. They said they would be at my house before 10am. yep, that never happened. They were one hour late. Okay...there is traffic or whatever the reason you would think someone would call and inform the client they were running late? Nope. In addition, the technician had no people skills. Before even looking at the dryer he stated that it would be appx $200, I assume he had psychic powers if he new what the problem was before even touching the dryer. I agreed and told him to proceed. He opened up the dryer, coincidentally, another repair co. that I had called last week and never called or showed up suddenly appears. Both technicians start talking in their language, both being very disrespectful. Suddenly, the price went up on the dryer and now it appeared that from $200 it went up to $350. I hate dealing with unprofessional people so...I gave the Nationwide technician the $45 dollars for wasting my time and his so call estimate. I should have listened to the prior reviews!!!!!! Now what I don’t understand is why this company has an A plus. Huh?? Gee what can I expect from other ratings.
