Business's response - by Michael G.on 7/23/2010

My name is Michael Gendel, manager of Nationwide Appliance Services. I tried to personally resolve this issue with this customer but the customer threatened me and used A great deal of profanity. He demanded that I send someone to his house "Now! Right this minute!" That is paraphrased without the swearing.
The customer was never given an estimate of $150. This is some figment of their imagination. The technician's discount price for the job was always $250 but agreed to do the job $200 to try to satisfy the customer. The customer was still very harsh and aggressive.
Finally, I decided I did not want their money, even if we did the job for them. I destroyed the check and no money was charged.
In conclusion, this customer has lied multiple times, was profane to me, my technicians, and my people in the office, and was never even charged one penny.
