You feel stupid and that is the way customer service makes you feel when you finally get through. I bought the SBB tooth brightener trial. The next day I get a call from them wanting me to sign up for the kit. I told them no,no, and no again. What happens, I never get this trial but the full kit. I didn't open it right away and when I see my card it was charged the trial kit, which I never got, and the full kit. When I called they told me I should of read the fine print. It says all people are automatically enrolled in the monthly program. They won't take back the product but did give me a canceling no. I then talked to a supervisor (girl named Benny), she said they would send me something from Restarant.com and an email proving they did cancel. Never got anything. I asked "Benny" how many calls they get a day and she says a couple of complaints. I ask her about her "F" rating on BBB. She says that is management issue. I ask her how do they ever get repeating customers when they scam right off the bat. She says they have many satisfied customers. I ask how come i don't see any on the BBB. I wish I looked at this site earlier. I have now canceled my card and are going after them. It is terrible companies like these are out there. We'll see what happens but they just destroyed any hope of keeping my business even if the products worked. I even asked her that. She say it will work and I'll be happy. But I said I'll not be happy because you pushed something on me when I told you not to. Sad.
