I signed up for the "RISK FREE TRIAL" for both the teeth whitening products. My orders were placed on the 12/27/09 (NSS-147-215752 & NSS-147-215749). The charges were supposed to be $1.95 each. On the 12/29/09 (today) my card was charged $79.95 twice and $.95 twice (see below pending charges). So 2 days after my order, they have not even confirmed the order or shipped it but are over charging my card. I have tried calling in all the available numbers but get recording after recording. Ironically, their "order confirmation group" just called and but would not reverse the charges or cancel the order. They are only allowed to put a status of "customer refused confirmation". I have left numerous messages to have these orders cancelled and will be disputing the charges on my card in 10 minutes after I type this as I do not want to deal with this type of business practice.
Natural Source owner - This is not the way to win and keep repeat customers. The fact that you have an "F" rating from the BBB in your own state and have numerous states looking into fraud cases for their constituents, lets me know that I do not want to do business with you.
Since you are replying to some of these posts, I know you are reading these. Please consider this my official request to cancel my order, refund my money, and lose my number. If I do not have a reply to this in my email, or a return phone call from my numerous voicemails, in addition to my contacting my bank, I will be contacting my Texas State Attorney and BBB.
