THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL! My husband ordered me a trial of the stretch mark cream. When we received the product it said we had fourteen days to opt of the membership program. On the fourteenth day we called but there was no answer so my husband left a message. The next day we called and after holding for over 20 minutes we finally got Rashonda ext 373 on the line. She was so rude! My husband told her he had left a message the day before but she did not believe him and said they had no record of it. I got on the line and told her I was right by him when he had left the message. Rashonda said, "Why should I believe you, you're his wife." Rashonda demanded that my husband send in our phone record to show that he had called on the fourteenth day. This company is ripping people off. Don't fall for their scams it's not worth it!!!
