Excellent customer service. I’ve purchased from Night-Gear before without incident. On my last purchase May 31, 2010 there was a software problem and I was over charged on shipping. I called Night-Gear and spoke with Mark. He reviewed my order, corrected the problem and my credit card was credited the following day. Mark thanked me for bringing the problem to his attention and had the system error fixed. He also gave me a special discount on the shipping. Night-Gear truly earns their A rating at BBB.
