I have had a terrible experience with this company. I agree with the other reviewer - the customer service is non-existant. It is nearly impossible to reach them by phone and responses to emails are inconsistent. I ordered a bed at the end of June and still had not received it the first week in August. When I finally did reach someone on the phone, they could not provide a shipment date and indicated the bed had not shipped. I canceled via email according to their instructions and a week later the bed showed up with no advance notice of shipment. I am trying to return the bed and they insist I pay to ship it back! This has been a very negative, stressful experience. I would never choose this company again for a purchase.
