My son purchased a pair of tennis shoes and so we returned the shoes, insured the package and tracked it through the USPO.
After two weeks, we began calling to see where we were in refund process. I had seen no credit on my credit card and I was concerned.
Getting a live person on the phone was almost impossible. My son tried several times and when he did get someone on the phone, he was promised a return call twice and didn't get one. So I took over, as it was my credit card and the refund amount due was over $100. I tried consistently for three days to get a satisfactory answer. The third day, I did get someone on the phone after multiple attempts. The person I spoke to said that even though the tracking number stated the shoes had been delivered, the shoes were absolutely not delivered!!!! She said that I this happened all the time and all I needed to do was call the P.O. And they would do a search.
The next day I did indeed call the P.O. And they said they would investigate and get back to me in two business days. They did, however,give me the name of the person who signed for the shoes and I tried all day to call your company back without any luck of getting anyone on the phone. They must run a skeleton staff!!!!! Very frustrating!!! I hope I get a refund and regardless will never order from them again!!!!!!!

Our customer service department is open from Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM as stated on website, if they are helping other customers you would be able to leave your info and we would contact you within 1 to 12 hrs. So unless you called during non-business hrs, it is highly unlikely that no one was able to assist you. Please provide invoice ID # so we can check for you if the matter isn't resolved yet. Thanks
