Planet Hospital has been very accommodating to me.

I scheduled a surgery for my shoulder with planet hospital in late June had some trouble getting my passport late and had to reschedule for a later date. The day before my travel and procedure I had a family emergency and had to cancel my plans to travel.
Throughout this entire ordeal I was in phone communication with Geoff and he was so helpful and understanding that I felt as though we were longtime friends. The upshot of this entire story is that due to many different circumstances I ended up having my procedure
done by my regular orthopaedist. I stayed in touch with Geoff this entire time and although we are both disappointed that I was unable to use the service he has still been helpful and supportive throughout. I hope that I don't ever need surgery again but if
I do I will definitely consider planet hospital. One of my good friends and co-workers had a procedure done at the facility and with the same doctor I was scheduled with and he was so effusive about his experience that he convinced me. Thanks Geoff for being
so supportive and understanding and flexible with me and my family. I am healing up quickly doing PT 3 days a week. Ill keep in touch.
