I am writing to tell everyone that platinum consulting is a TOTAL SCAM. I cant believe that I fell for this scam just like everyone who has complained about them has. This place is a joke I went to them back in july because I found a ad on craiglist for a rental property and when I called I thought I was contacting the management office so I went down there and when I went in their office I had to fill out some paperwork then just as I thought I was going to get information about the rental property I was interested in looking at I was told that I had to pay them $180 and it had to be in cash or money order so they sent me to the 7-11 to get a money order and then I came back and after I gave them my money order then I got the listings I thought that they (platinum consulting) would go and show me the property but that wasnt the case I had to go look at the property myself and was told that if I go look at the property and the owner wasnt there that I had to contact them and they would contact the owner to set up a appointment, so I did and out of all the listings I only got 1 call from a owner to look at a rental property, and some of the property that they had given me was in some places nice and some in some rugged places I even ended up finding a new apartment on my own but what pissed me off is that when I told platinum consulting that I found a place they told me that I still had to go and pick up listings which was stupid if you ask me so I do then I asked what do I have to do to get my refund and they told me that I had to bring a copy of the lease and a utility bill so long story made short I get what I needed to get my refund I take all the stuff I need to get my refund and they tell me that they wont start working on my refund for 10 days after I turn in the listings and paperwork I needed to bring in (NOT ONLY THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT 90 DAYS FOR YOUR CONTRACT TO EXPIRE BEFORE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND), Well I ended up not getting my refund because they said that I didnt turn in the listings which I did I call customer service and they told me that they need to contact their accountant and they would get back to me and they havent. Platinu, Consulting is a scam when you call to speak to customer service they are rude this company is not your typical company when you go in there the employees are either eating, texting or watching tv, and their office manager is a joke. I will never refer anyone to this company this company needs to be on the news so that everyone knows that this is a company that cant be trusted.
