This store is under new ownership, a couple of reptiles that i held had mites, theres a large rat loose in the store and the owner thinks its funny when a customer gets scared, she has a snake loose somewhere in the store because she put it in a tank that has holes in back for wires, then she tries to over sell everything. she has kids working there (while she's left for a couple hours) who don't know how to use the cash register, who has NO knowledge of any products, and who doesn't seem to care about any customer. Then i was talking with this one guy who works there (not to be mean, but he's kind of slow) 4-6 days a week he works the hardest and he only gets paid $60-$70 a week. like almost all her employees, they get paid under the table. She won't handle most of the animals there because she says "she don't like them" why have a store if you won't touch the products???? Thats the only reptile store that i know of in moreno valley that sells feeder crickets, rats and mice, but i rather drive to san bernardino every week and get the stuff i need there then to EVER step foot in that establishment again!!!! I seen that the BBB has a "A" rating for this store, but it should go back since it's a new owner and take a NEW look.
