Only if you are extremely care and read everything...

In fact, I'd say it would be better to not approach this dealer's finance people without a completely clear idea of what your car is worth, what their car is worth AND whether or not you're going to accept the $1,885 extended warranty/maintenance agreement.
I thought I wanted that, but decided to bet WITH the car rather than against it, so in a few days I canceled the contract. A refund, however, is a different matter. THAT will take 6 weeks or more even though Subaru honored and approved the refund almost immediately. The check, they said, has to come from the dealer.
My hope was to refinance right away for lowered payments. But not so. Seems I have to make a few payments just to get my money back on that warranty.
Far worse is the fact that they delayed paying off my trade. THAT cost 4 overdraft fees because I had no idea they would actually consume almost 25 days to settle my old car loan. THIS is unconscionable. Worse still is the fact that my credit union tried contacting them and were repeatedly disconnected due to "phone trouble at Premier".
My experience with Premier Subaru service has been excellent.
Unless this is favorably resolved, however, there is Mike and many I've talked to could not understand why he wasn't doing maintenance for me already. We'll see. I could well be his newest customer.
There is still hope that Premier will make good on all of this and if so I will update this. Interesting that BBB has a very different opinion from the 3 reviews here. Makes me wonder about the BBB these days.
