Failure to deliver or respond

Placed order 3-18-2021 for balcony table. Even though not even available to ship, was immediately charged, which is unusual. Most companies I deal with charge when item available.
Received emails that product was delayed.
Just last week received notice that product will not be available.
Have requested refund via email because you can't contact them by phone or chat three times.
They have not responded.
