I found this company to be completely inept at what they were to be repairing and upon numerous phone calls and questioning, their customer service left a lot to be desired until I was finally hung up on. I was referred to Prime Master by Frigidaire as my dryer was still under warranty. I was told my part would be in within three business days. When after four weeks, I was still waiting I called Frigidaire direct only to discover that they had no record of my part ever having been ordered by Prime Master. Upon calling Prime Master to question this, I was told that it was waiting to be loaded on to a truck and would not depart until the truck was full. Eventually I called to have another company look at my dryer only to discover that it could be repaired in five minutes as no part was needed rather it was simply "loose wiring."
