I refinanced my 30 year fixed into a 15 year fixed. I am very happy with the outcome, my loan officer was able to get me a phenomenal rate and helped guide us along the way, they communicated well. I live in California and have a high balance loan. The
loan took about a month to close. We had to disclose a lot of documentation but because of the past financial meltdown this is the new norm. We signed all documents electronically which made it extremely simple. I have gotten loans and refinanced a few times
before and this was the easiest smoothest it has ever gone for me. I highly recommend.
