Ripoff!!! $10 Restocking Fee Scam on Non-shipped Items

"Total Ripoff!!! These guys make money by selling popular headlights (Lexus Xenon Headlights in particular) that are never in stock, and then charge customers a $10 restocking fee for an item that has not shipped.
Talk about dirty business practices.
I called to cancel an order that clearly never left the warehouse, no email notification or phone call was ever sent by their customer service department. The moment I called to cancel my order is when I received notice of the $10 restocking fee, and guess what else appeared in my email account while I was on the phone cancelling my order, LOL, an email notifying me that my item has shipped. Talk about below dirty business practices. This company is so desperate or greedy that they rely on customers cancelled orders to make money.
I will never invest my time or money in a business full of scam artists. Total waste of time."
