i have been a long time customer back in January 2011 i contacted customer service after receiving a reminder notice my bank had sent a check to be received by 1-6-2011 everytime i called a different rep would give me a different time frame as to how long it took their payments to be credited finally by 2/23/11 i asked if i could put it on a credit card and if i stopped payment could they just send back the check i was assured that would work well they not only did not put it on my credit card but they submitted the check and then sent me a demand notice about my check that was returned to them that was not till April 12th and i did not receive the letter until 4-29th by then i called and asked to speak to a supv who assured me in 3-5 days that would be billed to my credit card and stop the demand notices TODAY 16 days later i give yet another call just to confirm it is all set NOPE now they want a money order to cover my BAD CHECK as it was put to me
i have been in customer service for 27 years and i have never experienced anything so bad
nobody there will take responsibility i asked the supv to call me back when it went thru to my credit card and she would not
i also see the same answer from the company when a complaint is filed empty words
how long is it going to take for them to credit my money order ?
