I called this company and was told that they are a legitimate company for customers who do not want to go thru the city since there can be meetings with the city and appraisals that the company send to the city.
This is not true since the city provides the application and assessment for free. I filled out my application and mailed it to the tax assessor with the required information (local property values).
The company is a scam an they should be stopped before hundreds of people lose their hard earn money.
