1st, i did receive my tickets the day of the event at my hotel, but let me tell you what to expect! i bought my tickets five (5) MONTHS before the event to insure i had them in hand before our trip. i was told via e-mail that the tickets would be sent out 7-10 days before the event. after this time period passed i called. since i live 1200 miles from the event and even further from CA (tickets) and was concerned that the tickets would be in the mail while i was on a plane to the event! i was told in this phone call that the box office hadn't released them yet (how can you sell tickets you don't have?). the second phone call, the day before i boarded the plane, i was told that they had the first two of four tickets. one more call from the airport received the same news, at which time it was decided that they would deliver them to the hotel. three more calls from the hotel, wondering where the tickets are, i was told they would be delivered before noon of the event day. 11:50 am event day, no tickets, no message as to where they are! i call again, they tell me they were delivered the day before. huh? why wasn't i informed of this? i call the front desk, they tell me to come down and they will look for them.
in conclusion i was very disappointed with this company, i will never use them again, nor recommend them to anybody. they did not deliver on their words nor e-mails, they communicate poorly. i felt that each person i talked to didn't have a clue as to the whereabouts of our tickets, as they had to put me on hold each time. bryan
