First of all, I would have rated this company a 4 or 5 because the tickets were sent out the next day, however, they sent me tickets I did not order. Their computer says I did. I know what I ordered. The tickets I received were for seats far worse than what I ordered.
I confronted the company and they told me I reveived what I ordered. So I feel I am being called a liar and incompetent. Is this the correct way to treat customers? They do not even consider a computer glitch etc. I'm the customer, I'm not happy. Shouldn't that be enough? The bottom line is to give the customer what they want. I'm not trying to rip them off. I am still paying over face value for the tickets I should have received.
I need to rate this company with only 1 star because they failed to deliver what I know I ordered. They will not even compromise and give me my money back in return for the tickets. I will never recommend this company to people.
