RazorGator completely ruined my chance for the Kid Rock concert in Memphis, TN. Their guarantee said if they couldn't fill my tickets that I would get equal or better tickets. But then I got an email saying my tickets were not available (that I had already purchased) and they asked me to call. I called and they tried to give me WAY worse tickets!!!! In the nose bleed section!!! I told them I wanted equal or better tickets and they said they couldn't do it. They would refund my money by midnight... But now all the good tickets are gone or too expensive!!! I can't believe I'm going to miss the concert because of them!!!
