I bought a used BMW 3 series roughly 6 Months ago and paint started peeling off of the front left corner of the bumper. I called the service department and was immediately transferred to the manager Mark. He had me bring it in the following day. I brought it in he looked at it, took pictures and told me he would call me later if they could do anything about it.
Later that night he called and told me to bring it in on Monday morning and they would take care of it. I brought the car in Monday, they had me in a loaner car and out of there within an hour. They told me if could take a few days. The following evening I got a call from Gary my advisor who told me that the car was ready. I came in the following morning and it was perfect again. No hassle, no questions, just A+ customer service from start to finish.
Mark and Gary treated me and my concerns about the paint as if the car wouldn't run. I felt like a valued customer throughout the entire experience. All of this and I hadn't even explained to them that my family had bought three cars with them already. This was my first experience with them and I will buy another three from them as well.
As a side note the rest of the staff from the cashiers and receptionist to Josh and everyone else who got involved were totally professional and all treated me like GOLD!!! I almost want something to go wrong just to bring it back. haha!!! It was very refreshing to get that kind of care from a car dealer. Thanks everyone!!
