Terrible staff

My name is Kymberli and I came to Miami from Savannah to have a procedure done and which staff lost all my lab work and act like they didn’t have a care in the world then she said that the only way I could have procedure done if I paid to have my labs done over and she was very rude about it.. I told her I was not gonna pay for anything that there staff misplaced and she walked out room and left me sitting here for an hour trying to figure it out!!! Her name is Janet
