I put money down in 2019 before covid19 showed its big ugly face. I did the deposit and was paying extra through 2019 - 2020. I ended up having to extend my contract due to covid19 and the company I work for was not allowing us to travel outside of our peninsula . When I extended my contract I was told that I would not able allowed to extend it again. Now 2021 the same company I still work for is not allowing us to travel to HOT states and Fl is a Hot state with many covid19 cases and one of the highest covid19 rates/deaths. I reached out many times to cancel and get a refund for the extra money that I have put to the surgery I was going to have. Every time I called I would get placed on hold and than they would hang up on me. I ended up reaching out to the Better business to try to get help on getting the extra money I had placed down. The BBB did their job well and was able to get ahold of Seduction but sadly Seduction sits there and lies about me never reaching out asking for a refund/ never reaching out to extend my contract (yet I have the extended contract in hand and signed) they will not give back any of the extra money back when legally it isn't theirs to have. I get them keeping the deposit its all in contract but the extra money should be returned. Just be for warned that they see you as a walking income and will not give back anything that is given to them regardless of what is presented to them.
