I strongly suggest you go with a different company. They start out super responsive & kind. As my procedure neared & they had full payment, I could barely reach anyone. I was told for months to prepare to stay in Miami for 7-10 days for post-op appts & after care. Day of procedure, I was told I’ll be called back at 9, so be early. I arrived at 8am. Didn’t know where to go, the floor I was seen for pre-op was empty. I sat in wrong lobby (no one at desk) for 30 mins. I was held in a room starving for hours, freezing, minimal communication. Finally, called back for procedure after 3pm (was supposed to be hours earlier, I think they forgot about me). Next day, at 1st post-op, I found out they’re closing for a week or two. What about my other post-op appointments & aftercare massages I JUST payed for YESTERDAY?! “We can refund you. Call us in January to schedule post-op appointments.” Lady, I’ll be back home by then! I never heard from them again, despite reaching out. I’ve been given the runaround; main office pointing finger at “post-op” department, who are not responding. Smh. BEWARE!
