HORRIBLE!!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! If you can RUN from this facility and go someplace else do so. I will start from the beginning. At the beginning very responsive, very kind I dealt with a girl by the name of Rosanny super "sweet" When we spoke, she told me they will charge me $11200 for removal of Biopolymer whether it was an open incision cut or not. I didn't want it to be open b/c of the scar so i said I'll do it the lipo way she said ok same price. I spoke to the doctor and asked if i will be left witout figure and he said i might have less curve so he suggested a VASER HIGH-DEFINITION LIPOSUCTION ABDOMEN MUSCLE SCULPTING which it was a total $5500.
I got financing with CAre Credit which is what they suggested and got approved the whole surgery.
When I get to the office the day of my surgery I speak to another girl and I need to come up with $1200 for BBL things I am like I'm not doing a bbl why would i get pillows she said that's what they said you need so i paid for it.
I met with the Doctor he explains what they will be doing to me, and he said they won't be doing the vaser high-definition b/c they want to wait 6 months to see how i will look and if i need to now do a BBL. I said GREAT! The surgery went well thank God but they were rushing me out but luckily i had an amazing after care lady.
Anyways- the next day I'm supposed to get the "package" that I paid $1200 which included 2 fajas, a pillow and massage and 2 shots and I was like the doctor had previously told me I don't need pillow and I don't need massage bc of the type of surgery that I did her reply was "there is nothing she could do" her name is Stephanie. THEY DID NOT REINBURSE ME MY MONEY THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE!!!! so I lost all the money except for the 2 shots SMH! I tried speaking to a manager and she said, "I'm sorry there is nothing she could do" and I was waiting for 2 hours by the way i met with the Dr bc I asked for him if not I wouldn't have met him.
I fainted twice no one ever got in contacted with me unless ill ask questions but no1 seems to know what was done to me or even care. Now, I got a bill and call Care credit and i say hey they are charging me the whole amount and the person said yes, bc they did the whole surgery i was calm bc i thought it was a mistake. they told me call your doctor and find out I call the office abd they said your doctore signed that they did 2 things to you. I was still calm and i said its a mistake and i told themlet me call the Doctor he said HE IS NOT REPSONSIBLE FOR WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING ME AND THAT WAS DOCTOR NAIR!!!!!! I went off told him how you cannot be responsible? and he said to handle with the manager, and they have a back and forth with me. I told him i will give them a review and he said, "just keep me out of it." They charged me and additional $7,000 in a surgery that was not done to me and his reply is "just keep me out of it" Hummmm DONT THINK SO SIR.
My sister in-law is a lawyer now I'm waiting for the report that "i sign" so i can do a case b/c when speaking with Rosanny she said "yes, get a lawyer involve because here they won't do anything". My sister-in-law is getting involve making sure I get my money back but this is really embarrassing, ridiculous and they are taking advantage of people and I will not allow it.
