Racist Corporate Helpdesk I.T.

One of the guys in corporate I.T. is married to the other guy's sister (they've been buddies for 15+ years). They are both racist pigs who will discriminate against anyone who is not Latino.
Within the first 4 days of working at my new job, I heard my boss make fun of Asian people, African American people, Women (in general), make fun of a female coworker being sexually assaulted, and discriminate against me.
I went to HR on May 5, 2017. On the very next work day (May 8th), I was fired as retaliation for complaining to HR. I already have an attorney and I opened a case with the EEOC and DOL.
