The customer was indeed denied any further orders with Shiekh Shoes. The reason being that she used profane names towards Shiekh Shoes staff. After the CSR could not handle the customers vulgar insults she was transferred over to the CSR Manager. The CSR Manager attempted to explain to the customer the process and policy of reordering and the reason why she was not communicated in regards to the item that was sold out, the letter stated for the customer to place a new order with a code for free shipping and 10% off and to contact the web orders department after placing the reorder. The customer refused to cooperate and before hanging up she called the CSR Manager a profane name. While the conversation between the CSR Manager and customer was happening the Web Director was present listening to the conversation. The customer did call back and spoke with the Web Director where he attempted to compromise with the customer. The customer was not cooperating. Shiekh Shoes sent her a return label for her to send the partial shipment she received back to our warehouse free of charge for any inconvenience we may have caused once the item is received Shiekh Shoes will refund her the funds. A full refund was given back to the customer for the not in stock item that was not shipped. The order did not take 14 days to be delivered. It took 9 business days to process the order including transportation and delivery.
