I too made a purchase, and returned it 5 days after receiving it. I was told that I would receive a refund within 10 business days. I called again when I did not receive the refund, and was given an approval code, and told I would get the refund in 4 business days. I called again, when I still did not receive the refund, and was told that they decided to deny my refund 30 days after I returned the product, and even though it was originally approved. I was told to "deal with it". In my opinion this company is a fraud, and does not honor their commitments. I would recommend for anyone who is interested in making a purchase with this company to run the other way.
