Southern Assets, whose name is spelled wrong on this website, is the worst rental company that I have ever dealt with. I lived around USC and rented from them for 1 year and was extremely happy to get out of my apartment when my lease ended. Their company records pertaining to my lease were incorrect the three times that I had issues with Southern Assets about when I had moved in, whether I had replaced a doorknob, and other such items. They also charged me for extra cleaning of the apartment after telling me that the apartment "looked fine." I will thankfully never deal with this company again and urge anyone who is interested in stress-free renting to avoid this company at all costs.
