Sadly, the other reviews are true. During my three day free trial, I was looking into how I should cancel. When I saw that they would take 48 hours to respond to the message you send them, I went ahead and requested the cancelation on my second day of free trial. No response. THey charged me in December (I saw my bank statement, but I honestly thought it was a bill I had paid that was the same amount), then they charged me again in January. When I called the # that appeared on my bank statement, an answering service picked up and she couldn't tell me WHO was debiting my account. When I went to the website (that also showed up on my bank statement), SCBILLS.com, I figured out it was this site. I called the # on that site only to be sent to a voicemail. I left a specific message with all my contact information so we'll see if they call back. I will be canceling this debit card.
