NOT SUPRISED AT ALL! Id rate SLUMLORDS WITH A NEGATIVE ZERO IN ALL HONESTY! THERES NOT ENUFF SPACE/ CHARACTERS NOR HOURS IN THIS DAY TO BEGAN TO explain MAJOR ISSUES IVE HAD with SWAMI AS THEY TOOK OVER MY PLACE AS NEW OWNERS! UNEXPECTEDLY! RATS ,MAJOR INFESTATION ROACHES, PLUMPING , LACK OF HEAT , EXPOSED WIRING , LARGE HOLES, OPEN PLUMPING , NO LOCKS ON DOORS , MAILBOXES BROKEN , NO KEYS, NO SCREENS ON WINDOWS, MOLD,.. GEEZ AND i DO MEAN MAJORLY INFESTED. all 4 units rats mice roaches! it took 6 months yes 6 ..to get exterminator here , to do walk thrwew only , .. now its been 9 months still roaches crawling on my guests yes on them during day as i simply sit on couch! they dnt give 2 u know whats ! they call ur bluff, raise rent , and than wanna mediate in court ! this owner and all his fam of employees are loaded . google them and reviews , HOW DA HELL ARE THEY IN BUSINESS ? ILL TELL U HOW EVERY TENANT GIVES INTO MEDIATION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT . dont do it ! somehow they will screw u there too. BY THE WAY THE COMPLAINTS LISTED ARE PHYSICAL problems , I CAN GO ON FOREVER ABOUT LEGAL , OR ILLEGAL LIL things here and there that alot of us regular tenants have no idea of ..ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN RENT CONTROL. BET YA BOTTOM DOLLAR ,, IF investigated there something fishy not on the up and up! there legal dept. is well aware of tenent rights - and know most of us regular folks are not! BE AWARE DO HOMEWRK . HALF THE PAPERS, THREATS AND CRAP THEY DO IS not legit. IM READY TO TAKE THEM ON 100% GOT SOME seacrest scandals to spew in >>not mediation mr mittal - oh no ! WERE GOING TOE TO TOE INFRONT OF THE JUDGE!DONT DEAL WITH THEM BE AWARE . IVE MET MY MANAGER ONCE EVER!IF U HAVE EVER BEEN SCREWED LIKE THE REST OF US IN L.A. SWAMI OWNS HALF THE CITY ..
