My mother, your client, was involved in a terrible car accident. The only thing she asks of me, while she lays in her hospital bed, is that I check up on the status of her loan modification with your business. I have called and called, and left messages, but to no avail.
My mother has worked her fingers to the bone trying to save her home--our family home for almost 50 years. Your company called her and gave her hope. However, upon reading all of these inflammatory statements against your group, I suspect that her hope was in vain.
If you are truly the upstanding business you claim to be--call me immediately and put my ailing mother's fears to rest. If you do contact me and make good on your word, I will let the Internet community know of your good actions. If you do not, I CERTAINLY, along with the rest of my family, will not hesitate to reveal your bad actions
