This company seems to only care about its employees and not the owners reputation or property reputation, discriminate against tenants too, i was a victim of discrimination by Paula Lewis and one of their site mangers
Graciela AKA Grace Valencia or filing complaints against her stupidity and constant errors! would send me letters instead of others, missing forms and failing to provide equal treatment to all tenants.
as a tenant i have to say this is not a good company to have mange your buildings !
many other tenants complaint of her favoritism towards some tenants and discrimination towards others. if u lived here and filed a complaint she would retaliate. oh yes
many families with 5 people were moved to 3 bedroom apts, but no some of us we did not qualified. we all pay same rent depending on size. all 2 bedrooms, are all 1 price, all 3 bedrooms one price and all 4-bedrooms one price regardless of income as long as is low. now as it turn out many were making in the 100 thousand living here while many in need of low income making less than minimum wage were not.
our laundry room for years is an oven during the summer we are not allowed to open doors at all, day care kid sin patio no arrangements were made at all.
day care parents continually bother tenants to open door for them. a very bad company i tell u!
i lived here for 10 years and this company shall be sued and shall not be allowed to manage properties were minorities live, they discriminate!
if you live n one of their properties then you are here warned!!!!!
