I have dealing with The Modification Firm since February 2009. In the beginning it seemed trustworthy, I checked their status with BBB and I felt ok going with this company. Now we are not getting anywhere I have paid them $1200 and last week when I called the office I am not able to get an answer. I don't know if the business is still up and running or not. Luckily I also have been in constant contact with my bank. I just keep being told that everything is in review status. My home is due to be sold on Sept 30. I do not know what to do at this point. At the start I would have given them at 4 star rating but now that they obviously aren't helping me now, that rating just went to a 0.Still cannot get a hold of anybody.
