My $65 quote to unclog any drain turned into a $6,700 job. I had a feeling that there was something amiss as they kept giving me the "good news", "bad news" updates. I went from $65 to $150 to $650 to $1,700 to $6,700. I felt like a fish on a hook being
reeled in. I called for an inspector from the city and another company to come and look at the work and the problem. The company that came to look told me that the job would be less than half of the quote from this firm. Waiting for the city inspector. I feel
like a fool for falling for the $65 scam - obviously they can't make money doing $65 jobs all day long. Also, they are overly nice - like used car salesmen. That should have been a clue. If you get these guys to come and your $65 price starts to escalate,
RUN or you will probably eventually be looking at thousands.
