Took several customers deposits and shut the Doors!!

State has suspended their license due to a civil judgment not being paid, and not having Workers Comp insurance. The company reflects and misleads the customer to believe they are a member of the BBB (having the BBB icon on the website reflecting that
they are a A+ rating when in fact, they are not a memeber, BBB is now aware that they are in violation for representing memebership and has rated the company with a "F". The company came out and completed the bid providing a quote and demand for deposit which
was paid. After not hearing from them, several calls were made with Jasmine answering the phone only to say the company is merging with another company and they are awaiting for the attorneys to finalize the paper work! (RED FLAG #1) Still weeks after not
hearing from them, drove to the location only to find the doors locked during business hours. As of November 18, 2014, company states they are out of business and that the attorneys will contact all the customers with their options! Only option is refund of
full amount of deposit. The company knew they were in trouble and had no right to mislead the customer by completing a bid, and more importantly, taking the customers money, that is deceptive business practice / Fraud!
