I had a flood in my guest bathroom and my plumber referred this company since there was also "moldy" odor. The Water Damage Experts' technician was professional & a very good communicator. He showed me the extent of the water intrusion with his camera. He gave me an estimate for the job at $1132.00. I asked if this was covered by my insurance, and their tech recommended that I call my Allstate agent to find out. Turns out that my deductible is $1000, so I basically had to pay for it out of my own pocket, rather than putting a claim in. After hearing this & my complains about the economy( I was out of work for 4 months & just started a new job). The technician offered to discount the entire bill down to $700.00, in order to help me out. I ask if I could pay 1/2 when he finished & the other 1/2 after 30 days, and he agreed without charging me any interests! I know that these guys work on commission, so he was basically giving up some of his money just to take care of me. I really appreciated this, because the economy has been really hard on our family. I hope I won't need this type of service ever again, but it's good to know a reputable company like this one.
