Was blocked by ticketmaster while doing the unthinkable, searching for better tickets than the crappy one being offered. This was a pre-sale for Lady Antebellum that started with horrible seats at the 10 AM opening but started to get better after 30 minutes? Don't know why but I was feeling better about laying out the membership money when I was suddenly blocked. I was informed that the system will block users if it believes an automatic system is trying to access tickets. This is stupid because there is a two word sign-in required after each attempt and I type very slow!24 Hrs later after the blocking stopped I searched again, only super crappy seats now, and after 6 searches I was locked out again. This cannot be excessive! Their terms of use reads that if 1000 pages are requested or hitting refresh more that once every 3 seconds. I did neither. Phoning them is a waste of time unless you want to chew some front line "no" person. Even the supervisors are just seasoned "no" people. Layer after layer of people that don't know anything. Great company to work for! I guess if you need a job real bad they have a real bad job just waiting, check your self respect at the door and start screwing people over! They charge a 25% charge per ticket for this event. I have paid for access and have been refused what I paid for and not been given a stated reason why! They push people around because they can and should be investigated for their business practices.
