Tony's Import Auto Repair is a rip off! Mohammad Kazeem Kavand aka "Tony" hires cash-under-the-table unlicensed shade tree mechanics to work on luxury Mercedes Benz and Lexus. They are so bad that when you ask them what they are doing to your car, they respond "you have to ask Tony." Tony crams cars into his filthy facility with no care at all, leaves cars out in the sun to bake while covered in motor oil, damages parts, never gives estimates, and uses other automotive people to produce scam reports about your vehicle. He pays no workers compensation so you are at risk if one of his unlicensed "mechanics" gets hurt working on your car. He claims to be an expert in luxury automobiles, but in reality, he spends most of his time working Fords. In fact, he didn't even have the proper test equipment to read the codes on my Mercedes, so he misdiagnosed the problems, billed for parts we didn't need, and caused more damage to my vehicles. My SUV went in with just a check engine light on, and left with four other lights on due to his shop. He does not honor his so-called 12 month warranty and if you demand service under the warranty, he will not even return your telephone calls. I think Tony's Import Auto Repair is the biggest scam in all of Riverside County and caution everyone to look at his shop and get some valid references first, or you could end up with $4,000 in repair bills after you leave his shop, just like we did!
