Trusted Home Solutions saved my home. I came across the "F" rating, thought it was unfair and thought I should share my experience with this company.
Several months ago, I was almost 3 payments behind in my mortgage and scared to death I would lose my home of 13 years. My mortgage company would not help me and was threatening foreclosure if I didn't pay them $7000. I contacted Trusted Home Solutions and hired them to help. I was terrified but figured I was out of options and needed to trust someone. I was told the process would take 90 days or so. Within about 2 months, I had a reduced payment from $1379 to $1007. They also got my past due payments added to the end of the loan. The lady I dealt with there was kind and the outcome actually exceeded my expectations.
Again, I don't know about anyone else's experience with this company but mine was extremely positive.
